Since this is your first property, you can blame your advisor(s), attorney(s), etc. for the policies that are in place and that they're strongly encouraging you to stick to them.

So I encourage you to find an accountability partner or someone who will help hold you to the deadlines you set for yourself.Good Luck.

I would encourage you NOT to find all of those services under one firm.

I like the synergy that the three streams give you and encourage you to focus on SFR by doing all three.

If you are looking for storage facility investments then I would strongly encourage the Georgetown, TX market.

I am not saying you have to go out and buy your first property but I would encourage you to go out and find an investor and see if they have anything you could help them with.

As you network and build relationships I encourage you to enter every conversation with a goal to really figure out what your contact needs/wants/values etc, and provide them with a solution. 

I'd encourage you to do a search for the topic here on BP because there's a lot of information you can glean.
