Dan, the good news is a partnership can be structured in a way that let's everyone win, the hard part is defining what each party needs for a win.

Every home has a price for you that is defined by your objectives.I always reach out to the listing agent to make sure we get introduced and to cultivate the relationship (they may have other opportunities).

The former issue is pretty well defined, but the later can effect your sales price on a commercial property.
