The american community survey (annual census) is a great resources to start with.The data can be viewed at a rather granular level, so studying individual neighborhoods is possible.

I would stop by and say really.. you think with the margins so thin in airline revenue that American Airlines is going to over pay by 1 million for jet fuel so you can make a million dollar fee..
