Depending on how strong your contract is, you could potentially take legal action against them for breach of contract if they sign with someone else and/or back out, but that is costly and takes a lot of time.

If not you need to add this to your standard bill.I'd they are irresponsible towards the yard then I would select option 2.Explain this to them and let them know they will make the decision based on their actions.

I received a call from my lender with unsettling news an hour ago.Apparently, since I currently live in an apartment and do not own my primary residence, the underwriter will not be able to ratify the purchaseĀ because on paper, it seems as if I am attempting to purchase the rental property as my primary residence- even though I showed documentation of my current lease agreementĀ and two months worth of utility bills.
