I'm at the tail end of my Military career and I'm looking to get started  on my way towards financial freedom. 

Obviously licensed is main thing, bonded even better, viewing their portfolio, asking if they specialize in rehabs etc.

Agent: Find out what they specialize in and make sure it jives with what you are looking for as well.

You should also purchase double pane windows for energy efficiency as well.Fixed panel windows this size will be special order (not stocked at box stores).
