It was a disaster, but didn't give up.I kept working at it and now we have it all mastered to the finest detail.Our checks now range between 30K to 120K per flip.We just closed on 2 flips, so just these 2 flips in about 4 months provided us with about $101,000.- And we did minimal work.The point I am making here is that your path will define your strategy.Your path will reveal itself based on your decisions, views, strengths and opportunities that you will create and will present themselves.So don't stress it too much.You will come to find you won't have many options when it comes to starting.

I have found that the squeaky wheel gets the grease.Im not saying to sue (not yet), just saying to explore your options and be able to get advice.Sometimes you can reach out to your local master builders association for referrals for attorneys and consultants. 

I’ve scoured the forums and posts reading everyones suggestions for master key options and I never heard of anyone suggesting this although it’s widely available.

Keep a master code only for yourself.

They have continued to pay there rent in time, but claim that they can’t use the master bedroom because they get migraines and asthma flair ups when they go into it.
