If you have a business plan and you're doing this full time it might be worth another look. so...Investor Carrot = Get it if you're serious about having a web presence and dominating google rankings to get organic and PPC leads that convert like no other.Realeflow (or other CRM) = newb cannon fodder, but if you're experienced or following a biz plan / system it would probably be worth it.

Further, for SEO and Airbnb search sake, the terms you use are important in the placing on Airbnb and web searches - so choose carefully.
