My representing agent did not verify the square footage nor did the selling agent it appears.

I ran the numbers on expenses but it appears monthly rent is missing. 

It appears the tenant initially did this cover up with a completely wrong paint color of gray called Frosted White.

However, since recently educating myself on real estate investing and doing some quick rent-to-value ratio math, it would appear that my house is around .6% RV (it’s worth around $330,000 now and, AT BEST, I would assume $2100/month for rent).
