Hi All!

My name is Zack Schlund. I'm looking to get into the buy and hold part of REI in Rockford, Illinois. My experience is minimal. Just been trying to soak up as much information as possible. Heard about BP while I was reading some of Brandon's books.

I currently work a full time job and am looking to earn some extra monthly income.  A friend of mine is getting ready to retire and offered her single family rental properties to me.  Just started analyzing the deal to see if it makes sense. 

Looking to connect with more experienced people and learn as much as possible.
