All in all, you did make great points but we as wholesalers can't cater to "veteran" buyers needs and sometimes we mail out to as many people as possible who will pay 90% in this market and the veteran's are just going to have to wait until another crash.

Also look at Faira.com and do everything that a broker would do like professional photographs, great description, open houses, printed materials, signage, etc, and I think you have a huge leg up and getting your home sold.
