I have set up trail cams before but I never get a good picture of a vehicle, license plate, face, etc.I'm really looking for a wireless camera(s) that I can set up temporarily (for a few days to a couple of weeks) at a property that will take and send photos to my phone and/or record video.

The vehicle piece of it is also critical as even in areas in Fort Collins where you can apply for an over occupancy waiver you have to provide 0,75 parking spots per tenant that are off the street.I also jump on your question of can I "proceed without concern."

The mobile home parks I've worked on have always had a mix of properties: single-family residences, duplees/triplexes, spaces for single-wide/ double-wide trailers, RV parking spaces (these have license plates), marina/boat parking spaces and regular vehicle parking spaces, so it can take quite a while to figure out what everything was and who owned/ was responsible for it.

I was able to politely get out of that call in only 20 minutes, I consider that a win.I have no evidence but I suspect some recreational chemicals might have been involved.
