I would be using an FHA loan and obviously don't believe Milwaukee will be at the same fenzied level as Boston but would like to gauge the market as I begin to plan.Happy to connect with local resources to discuss options.

I can say that one of the units is at ground level and I expect that will raise the insurance cost some.Do you know of/have a rental property calculator somewhere?  

Otherwise, the lender would not trust you that you are moving to a smaller house and won’t approve the FHA loan.
