Evne if you have better margins than the ones in my expample, I think this might be a life long endeavor unless you are doing other activities in your LLC.

Relationships are so important in this business, heck, in any business or endeavor they are also the fun part.

Like any endeavor, some clients will be difficult, and a few will be so difficult they are probably not worth even having.Good luck, I think our market, and probably most markets, could always use more good PM companies.

My main concern though is this a scammer, I mean it's an answer to my prayers and all where I can get funding to help in my business endeavor.
