What I would like to do is to install a security camera/floodlight combo (like a ring camera) for my renters to use.

While they do sell/install/service the treatment components, they usually use good quality and reasonably priced components.

For instance, I’ve gathered that getting the 30 yard dump skid on site by 10am the morning after close is more or less important to many so demo can be done by day 3 leading right into when the roofing crew shows up and hopefully done and out by day 5 so they aren’t  throwing shingles or tile on everyone..

We have both done just about everything you could think of in terms of plumbing, electrical, framing, drywall, painting, tile, roofing, etc.

I am thinking boiler can be kept for one of the units and install a furnace for the other.  

Also lists the mechanicals on each property and the year they were installed.

You might be able to use a monetized installment sale to save your tax deferral.
