One every day in the "Apartments and Houses" for rent, and I keep one at the top of the list in "Sublets and Temporary".

A lot of these "coaching" programs manipulate numbers and present them in inaccurate ways to force an emotional response. 

Some are better than others at emotional hand holding if buying properties makes you or your partner anxious.

Mistake #1 (emotions) Mistake #2 (Flexibility). 

Unfortunately, when you say "comfort" pets, you are likely talking about service or emotional support animals, and you are already required to allow them without any additional pet deposit or pet fee as they are considered medically necessary,  like a ramp for a wheelchair must be accommodated. 

It seems you may have an emotional attachment to this property.

One of the best things I've taken away from the podcasts is don't put any emotions into this.

If on the otherhand you have the"caregiver" gene and genuinely like to help people and can empathize with the stresses (over buying and selling) and emotions and act in parental role with complete strangers then i am sure you will be unstoppable in this field.
