My father is a retired appraiser who used to be the chief appraiser for a bank and he oversaw the commercial division and my partner's father invests in real estate and has had/managed properties since my partner was a child.Despite some of the areas of exposure we believe this is a calculated risk and seems to show a greater potential than what lies in our "home" market (northern CA).

If it’s a legitimate gripe I’ll fix it but if it’s cosmetic or not a required function to maintain the house I’ll just tell the tenants I have plans to do continued updates and repairs in the future ( which isn’t lying) to get them off my back. if it’s unreasonable I simply say “ no”

@Anita Muhammad if I were the owner I’d tell them I manage the property and represent the owner... bc you are the owner and represent yourself so you’re not lying to them
