I’ve recently found this site, and think this will be a great resource to learn more about many aspects of rental property investments (insurances, tax advantages, cash flow, LLC).

Wholesaling takes a good amount of knowledge in many aspects of real estate investing including (but not limited to) estimating, marketing, planning, negotiating, etc.

I am looking for Investors that are not only willing to mentor me in every aspect but also someone that may be willing to partner up with me.

Note: I realize whatever expenses there are need to be split proportionally between the rental days and personal use days, but let's ignore that aspect for now.
