Columbus OH and the surrounding suburbs could be a great start for you.

Eliminated wall and built-in shelves surrounding the fireplace; eliminated the wall between the kitchen and dining room; installed brand new, high-end kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops and added an island3.

All the numbers seem to check out and it appears to be a great opportunity, but we definitely have wondered about the economic viability of Ossipee vs. surrounding areas.  

Do research on rent in the surrounding area and tell them what the average price per square foot is in the competitive area (this part is assuming you're charging less than the average).

Basically start by surrounding yourself with others and building relationships.

But I went back to school, specifically to be surrounded by excellent staff and networking connections.

It's a great place and surrounded by some cool stuff.
