Since I've discovered Airbnb, I've stayed in maybe 3 hotels in the past 4 yrs.

To when the game of monopoly, you have to buy land, then houses then hotels and charge rents to win.

Long Beach is one voting session away from capping un-hosted units to only 1,000 units for the whole city, increasing the taxes for all AirBnB hosts to hotel tax rates, allowing only 90 days per year for renting out the entire house for hosted units, and giving neighborhoods the right to petition that their neighborhood be blocked out from AirBnB.

The massive growth in AIRBNB is now starting to be regulated by the local municipalities and there has been substantial backlash against the platform by local hotels and the big rental & property management companies. 

The trump organizations owns a number of hotels which can be found in Illinois, Nevada, Florida, network and Hawaii.

They have a nice luxury "mobile home hotel" out there :)

The hotels are great and there's a lot of tourism from Asia.

I saw somewhere that legally you have to get a hotel license and a business license....?
