I've applied to many part-time accounting-related positions for experience as I transition to graduate school in the Fall, but cannot get hired because I don't have experience.With all of this being said, I have no clue to whether the path I am choosing (tax) is going to give me the best opportunity for real estate or if I'm wasting my time/resources on skills I might not use as much when I actually reach my goal to be an investor.

There could be some great path of progress coming there with stadium plans etc...I have seen some deals there that could work if you are up for being in a pioneer stage.Good luck with your search!

The termite inspection you're speaking of is to satisfy yourself and your real estate purchase contract and all of my previous statements hold true.You and your realtor will determine your path based on the general home inspector's report.

Even the exterior lights which illuminate walk paths and ensure safety of its residents have not worked since I've owned the unit.The members acting on behalf of the tenants of XXXXXX XXXXXX obviously had YEARS of funds mismanagement to try to recover from.

I would choose the path less taken becasue it will be more interesting and probly more profitable, you have to have an edge and you not going to be UNique following the midnight seminars.
