I've applied to many part-time accounting-related positions for experience as I transition to graduate school in the Fall, but cannot get hired because I don't have experience.With all of this being said, I have no clue to whether the path I am choosing (tax) is going to give me the best opportunity for real estate or if I'm wasting my time/resources on skills I might not use as much when I actually reach my goal to be an investor.

There could be some great path of progress coming there with stadium plans etc...I have seen some deals there that could work if you are up for being in a pioneer stage.Good luck with your search!

i don't see any issues with it. looks like you are on the right path. keep going. 

The termite inspection you're speaking of is to satisfy yourself and your real estate purchase contract and all of my previous statements hold true.You and your realtor will determine your path based on the general home inspector's report.

I'm very disciplined, and straightforward.

With that being said the first thing I would encourage you to learn is there will be people straight forward and willing to help and others that miss the entire concept of what your trying to ask, say or accomplish.

@John RoosterYou're wise to wait it out.I'm curious what the time limit is in CO, here in PA the time limit is 21 years, so its along wait for the cloud to vanish.

Even the exterior lights which illuminate walk paths and ensure safety of its residents have not worked since I've owned the unit.The members acting on behalf of the tenants of XXXXXX XXXXXX obviously had YEARS of funds mismanagement to try to recover from.

I would choose the path less taken becasue it will be more interesting and probly more profitable, you have to have an edge and you not going to be UNique following the midnight seminars.
