I can tend to (1) procrastinate like hell on the things that I know I should be doing, (2) be pretty hard on myself and (3) I am also extremely impatient which instead of just sticking with one thing and following it through, causes me to get frustrated when I don't see immediate results and then I move onto the next thing vs just working the process.
