Dang now everyone will steal my idea :)How would I go about finding out?

I did a Spokeo search and found the real Nicholas Willden and spoke with him by phone today and he is aware someone is using his identity and assured me he does not do private loans and it's a scam.

The GC THINKS he is getting over on you by stealing, 10, 20 k, but in reality, they are losing 100s of thousands.

I started researching how much their repairs may cost when an identical unit came back on the market after a buyer backed out.So we put in an offer of their asking price of $115,000 plus $1,000 toward closing costs.  

I know this as there are many buildings near this building that are almost an identical build to one another & I own or manage a large majority of them.

I showed that I had 3 other properties identical to that one charging the same rent.  

It's part of a community of about 20 identical 4-Plexes.  

But, then I see a nearly identical unit in the complex for rent for $650.  

I have a situation where I recently fired my PM in Arizona, because she was taking advantage of the fact that we live in another state from the property and stealing rent money from us. 

I cannot believe how IDENTICAL A CO MONITOR LOOKS LIKE A SMOKE DETECTOR.
