Experience includes; former RE licence, former contractor license, owned a Corp that built pool screen enclosures/sunrooms/decks/patios, flipped houses, rented houses, otp contract generation, residual land only purchases, built residence from the ground up, bought and sold land, condos and villa in costa rica.

All you have to do is go to the "learn" tab at the top of your screen and read the articles, and also just search BP for some of the keywords you used in your post.It's not going to be "easy" or "hard" to find cash-buyers, it's going to depend on how you do it.
