IMHO most of his books are just motivated books which I guess is ok if you need it but really there are better motivational books out there(including the bible for those who are religious or religious curious).But as far as actual real estate education he is so vague it's not really worth getting his materials.

We would rather he had bought a great cash flowing fixer-upper in a cheaper area, moved in, fixed it up, turned it into a rental, repeat, until he's built up enough cash flow to cover a mortgage in the area he wants, but he's happier with the lifestyle he has, and he's earned it after graduating from college.
