In essence the Rule would have prevented private lenders and even friends and family from making loans to businesses and people to invest in non-owner occupied residential real estate or at least force them to use a mortgage broker (who in all likelihood would charge fees) and require disclosures, processes and other regulatory acts that were intended for consumer loans and could complicate, increase cost and slow down the loan process.Regards,Todd HoffmanGood Funds Lending, LLC[SOLICITATION REMOVED]This post is only my personal opinion.

(pretty sure that's still accurate though I haven't been in the field for two years now) As for the repairs, you have to document the repairs with supporting receipts.

Certainly you want to know what's happening there anywhere on coastal areas because some homeowners along the coast in our state of S.C. can' t get insurance.I did not find a lot of services, restaurants etc. in the area to support all of the growth.

This supports the theory that its neither a conspiracy to keep the REO's hidden, nor incompetence.

@Joe Gore , I'm borrowing money from friends and family that trust me, support me and offered me the money to get started.

As our IM program developed and the rules changed to better support our business, there were times when some of these top marketers would lose up to 50% of their monthly revenue literally overnight.  

Plenty of people here will support a move like this and keep you on the straight and narrow.Yeah and think of all the great postings we'd get!
