Lots of people in RE and businesses that support RE investors there, including attorneys and CPAs who get RE. 

I am interested in discussing this process with anyone that is currently in this market in Tallahassee or anyone that is currently investing in rentals by the room to college students in other places. 

So, gaining knowledge through the RE license route as well as working through the guides on this site is a plus.
