They boot up quick and battery life is amazing.The upfront cost was really hard for me to overcome because most windows laptops were cheaper and had better specs but so far I'm really happy with the Macbook pro. 

This will quickly give you a rough gauge of expected turnover/problems you might inherit.  

The only ways that I know of to do what you are wanting to do is to either:1) Close in your personal name and then quick claim deed the property to your LLC. 

But you could have the best rental prop in the best market turn into a money pit real quick if the people you trust to manage that investment drop the ball.

@Jay McCreary as veterans we have an awesome opportunity to use the benefits of the VA Loan to begin our real estate investing journeys much more quickly and effectively than those who do not have access to VA Loans. 

That generally ended their sales pitch fairly quickly. 😉 Again, the only thing I wish I'd made more of a priority was accessing that equity while in an easier position to do so from a banks perspective.

I remember when I was first considering moving here I was comparing Sacramento to Gilbert, and I could spend the same to buy a house that was 40 years newer and totally remodeled... with way better schools and way more safe too.
