Republicans here actually proposed Seattle forms it's own county so that people will have a normal life in king county, lol. if any influence, it is Seattle pushes neighbors to follow its policies, no the other way around. give you another example, city council is considering landlords disclose to tenants where they spend rent money collected from tenants. it is absurd and insane.
