I expect to post our progress here.

I have looked into BP however I have never really delved into it; but as I have been at this for so long without any measurable progress I am looking for any and all info I can gobble up that may lead me in the right direction.I look forward to potentially working with some of you in the future and appreciate the vast knowledge base that BP has to offer, I will definitely be utilizing the wealth of information on here to its full potential and berating as many individuals as I can with seemingly endless questions. 

I agree with you that progressive taxation is discriminatory.

What will improve your chances for a commercial loan when you are first starting is getting one or two small rental properties under your belt, and making them cash flow positive, and being able to properly document that progress and cash flow.  

You may not get a lot of comments here, as it's more for posting deals in progress (remodeling, rehabs, new construction) where people can post pics and keep everyone up to date on their deals.

Since the city finally got it's bankruptcy ruling approved, and the feds have dumped mega bucks into the city, and the city finally has a Mayor (and other leadership) that is actually business minded instead of politically motivated, (all of which is happening simultaneously for a reason), you are seeing a lot of progress on a daily basis...but, the only ones who see it are those with actual "boots on the ground".What everyone else hears is a rehash of the comments from decades of "deserved" criticism.   

I applaud having a goal for '16 and look forward to your progress.

I plan on posting my progress as I move along to this goal so keep an eye out! 

Just a quick picture of my progress, all letters are hand written and does take quite a bit of time I must say but I believe it will be worth it.
