You might want to look at a cheaper school if you are set on that particular degree.I have doctor clients that buy commercial real estate but they are often surgeons or similar making 600k to over 1 million a year income.

I recommend to my clients that they help their family in ways other than co-signing - by gifting a down payment, helping with closing costs.
