I've stumbled into the idea of flipping a mobile home (A mobile home RV might be a better description of this one).

This will dictate where you purchase and look for properties based on that number alone.My point is that you always start with the end in mind and work it backwards, this creates the strategy (Buy and hold, flip, Wholesale, Notes) which will be driven by the tactic (SFR, MFR, Mobile homes, Short term rental etc) I always coach people and explain that the property is actually the last piece of the puzzle not the first.Hope this helps

So about 6 months ago I’ve purchased 6 mobile homes and one house from my grandparents on owner financing.

We are currently finishing up our first mobile home on it, a 1980's 2/2.

@Bill Brandt thanks for the quick response, I'll contact the daughter and let her know that we will be continuing to make the payment to her mother, until we get something in writing stating that she is the executor of her estate.The property was paid off by her mother years ago, we just didn't have the money to buy it outright ourselves, it is an older mobile home so we wouldn't have been able to get a loan for it.
