Whos does Owner financing on their first deal?

So about 6 months ago I’ve purchased 6 mobile homes and one house from my grandparents on owner financing. And now I have enough money for a down payment on another house so I was looking on how much I could get approved for on a mortgage. And since none of those houses I have are under my name yet my debt to income is to high since they aren’t taking the cash flow from the rental properties. And just basing it on what I make at my job. So I’m curious how someone bought a house after they did owner financing and what they had to do to get by it. Thanks!
