I think we are going to continue to see an increase in playfulness and individuality expressed within the home.

With your area, I assume being more of an appreciation play (correct me if I'm wrong) I assume it's a market that people are more nervous about right now? 

We noted that it was interesting the role for example agriculture plays, as it was a bit of a common denominator amongst several of the states.

I would like to do the same thing and was listening to this brain health webinar where a doctor (Evan Brand) who lives on a farm told of a patient of his who lived on a farm growing up and as a child would play outside and airplanes would fly overhead dropping glyphosate, presumably on whatever they wanted to kill and it messed up her microbiome. 

I don't normally like to play the blame game.

The current market conditions are certainly a concern and regardless of how I decide to move forward I would prefer to wait until we have a good sense of how this will play out.

It is my understanding that title companies can provide this information, but I’m looking for a more autonomous approach so I can play around with the data and maybe even scrub through various markets in the US.Thanks,Kevin
