There is no functional issue to the burner and rather seems to be cosmetic.

There are more issues and you’re only addressing the easy one.You, or a VA, can schedule a call to your tenant to remind them and find out if they intend to re-sign with their current insurance company or shop and go with another.

The issue is the property manager was still charging 1300 which it's more than sec 8 approved.

By the room will be more work as you will also have to deal with issues of guests.
