The kitchen table, which seats ten, was quite beautiful and fit the space perfectly.  

I check the BP FilePlace and none struck me as a perfect fit.

The property has dual driveways with RV gates on both sides of the house perfect for a 2 unit MFH.

If it's a rental unit you won't have to have it perfect, so there are a lot of options.
