That said, there's no way to answer this question as every situation is different and customized to the individual characteristics of the property and owner.Make a relationship with an agent/agency that represents you.

This is easily the most comprehensive answer you could get and would be the best way to purchase a property as an Expat.I would also suggest talking to a real estate attorney and tax professional to make sure you are properly structuring your real estate business to minimize your tax burden.

@Billie YoungTo answer your question a private lender cannot create a reverse mortgage.

Impossible to answer this question as there are so many other factors that come into play.

The PM company maybe complicates the answer to your question, but any good RE Agent will help their client achieve their goals and find success.

Hi @Daniel Seo, I am originally from Washington and have family in Tacoma greater area, specifically American lake area. 

I wish I had the magic bullet answer on these kinds of questions.There are so many variables to get a positive return.
