Just wanted to share some insight regarding foreign national loans and mortgages for international investors without a FICO or US credit score asI've had a a recent uptick in international buyer activity and interest.  

Be sure, before you offer the lease, that you know what is provided and what they need to bring to the table.

We had to reduce the price $20K before we were able to receive an offer.

I have talked to a few of these agents and while they sell this stuff  they really dont do anything except want you to make offers and then hire a contractor for a fee to go look at it..
