I cant seem to find a clear explanation of how you can and cannot market a property you are trying to wholesale. 

The name of that LLC is an extension of your brand, and if your business plans on growing, the official name and details of your entity will be used for numerous things (Business Bank Account, Insurance, Accounting and Taxes).

It is a great way to start generational wealth, enact numerous tax benefits and the top secondary market to hedge against inflation. 

However, enough untaxed income is allotted to me via my GI Bill and VA assistance programs, that these investments are numerically logical.2) My current interest rate on the condo is a low 2.5%.

I've found that very qualified (200k+ income, 700+ credit scores or otherwise good explanations for lower credit score like debts covered by liquid cash, single families) either tend to reject after expressing interest, or drag out the application process over days and then reject for various reasons. 

In addition to being located on a major internal thoroughfare, the property provides easy access to numerous amenities nearby including grocery, gas stations, and restaurants.

If a broker or a lender originates and funds a loan (either from their own funds or on a warehouse line) that doesn't conform to the current zoning and it doesn't have "legal non-conforming" status with an explanation of the current zoning on the first page of an appraisal form 1004, and subsequently a 100% rebuild letter from the zoning authority, that loan is considered "unsalable". 

Still, if just some of the residents pay directly it will take numerous steps out of my work, so I'm trying it for 2022.Best of luck to you!
