There are several types of lists that you can try for motivated sellers.

Only 1 of my 4 rentals has central air and I get swamped with applicants everytime I have a vacancy.If the heat source is radiators I would not mind that either. 

I have begun this journey with extreme motivation, and I believe my “reasons why” for pursuing this are very strong.

I know the Old Southwest is a good place to own but I’ve seen almost no rentals so I’m not sure there’s a market.I’m young so I don’t really mind the risk.
