Part B of the same reason was the typical price/value question:  Up to 3% on the buyer side for maybe 40 hours worth of effort and same on the list side for maybe 25 hours worth of work w/marginal listing photos, no video or 3D tour and no social media advertising.If you decide to become a licensed agent, no question you create a target on your back that did not exist prior to becoming licensed. 

If your system is not just a website, but an integrated system with your deal inventory, then having your deals displayed on your website is a piece of cake.

The advantage of an integrated insulation door is double-thickness of door metal (interior and exterior) as the insulation is sandwiched between the metal.

So its more about integrity and credibility of the syndicator that matters then it is about understanding syndication from front to back. 

Honesty and integrity are often times two traits or characteristics that rockstars look for in people that they work with (rockstars don't want to jeopardize their reputation in working with a slimeball).  

My ego is well in check unlike my untamed refocused desire to succeed, with integrity of course.

I never want my integrity or intentions to be questioned, as if I am a bad person.
