The seller/builder does offer home upgrades but trying to think outside the box instead of just taking off the price. 

You will likely be asked about your price range, home type, area, etc.

There are markets that are very saturated with STR and with vry bloated prices and high interest rates it could be impossible to turn a profit at all. 

Somethings that newer investors don't think about but should be addressed int the OA is what happens to the upon death - who gets the company, is there portion bought out by the other owners, at what price, what happens when one owner wants to sell, etc.

I currently use PriceLabs and have been fairly satisfied with its features and pricing.

If they were to sell it on the market at a higher price and interest rate the numbers would not pencil out for me to rent it out.

For all people I’m hiring we start with small projects and even after they’ve established themselves to me I continue to bid out the jobs to ensure best practices and best prices.

Been watching this market a little bit from afar, and can’t believe the massive price cuts!
