Something I am sure they are proud of on one level but this is where it really hurts them. 

Yard was somewhat leveled back out, some seed and straw put down, chunks of sidewalk placed back and that appears to be all they are doing. 

Last year NARPM was doing monthly surveys of their members and they found that well over 90% of the mangers said rent collections were very similar to the previous years level.  

I believe appeals are usually done at the County level in the summer timeframe.

I think what I'll end up doing is move the cable that is going inside the house and putting it somewhere it is not an eye sore (it's eye level and not discreet).

Ordinary investors don't have the level of capital to be able to do that.

We are at the highest level in RE in our history.
