I have a copy of Brandon Turner's lease that can be found on Bigger Pockets, but am unsure if this lease is legal and binding in the state of Pennsylvania or if it is missing statutory language. 

We are going to form an LP, but my question is this, if the property is Under my name, what legal rights does he have to it? 

Did they receive any legal notices?

I would try to find material that focuses on the legal definitions of property and all of those ideas. 

Mom is technically the lessee and the tenant is a legal resident.

Without going through authorities what is the legal process?
