Even if it did, it would happen 100x less than in your regular 12 month lease situation.Unfortunately, I've experienced both of those things in my traditional rentals.

If 67% of the unit owners vote to implement restrictions, you may be prohibited from renting, unless there are grandfather provisions or hardship provisions included in the restrictions.If you’re already renting when that vote passes, you should be able to continue to lease your unit for the remainder of the lease term.

The thought occurs to me (and maybe just for discussion):Why not change the lease to a yearly lease and not a monthly lease so the money is yours from day one?
