As recently as several months ago, there were plenty of lenders who would cap an investor at 20 loans, now there's only a handful that will cut you off at 10.

Since they can make ethanol out of grass, I don't understand why they can't sell the corn ears as feed and use the corn stalks to make ethanol.If you do that, you are making your fuel out of what is pretty much waste product (not totally waste because the corn stalks can be used as silage)My mechanic has given me a list of gas stations to avoid because they cut their gasoline with ethanol.

Last time I checked, they were in the 3%+ range which can pretty quickly cut into your expected cash flow if you aren't prepared for it.

I do know that every time we cut taxes or put money back in the hands of the consumer rather than with the goverment, we see consumer spending increase and hiring goes up thus stimulating the overall economy.Now if we can just get more suppliers of fuel and gas since they all merged and are now setting prices!
