And when he hooks up all the grow lights for his cash crop and the bill is $1500 a month , what are you gonna do ?

Most of the guys also have a min starting repair budget that adjusts based on their findings, but they assume off the top that the house will need a new roof, new windows, paint (inside and out), several thousands in landscaping,  and appliances. 

I'd say also to hook up with a landscaping company for the yard work.

Once I finish with the light renovation I will post before and after pics.  

This building AC Systems, Electrical, Lighting, Fire Spray for Vent Hood, etc. are all non or minimal working condition, and have been deteriorating since day one of lease.

However it will need a new roof, landscaping,stucco work and paint job.

I am SO not an expert on this thus take my  input lightly..

Personally, they've all washed into the background when I'm driving around but one creative sign did sign out because the presentation and message was simple and more professional than a sharpied sign crudely tacked up on a light pole.Let me know if they've work for you as a cost effective lead generation strategy.

I was wondering if anyone would be willing to shed some light on the difference between the two?
