And there will be costs to make it ready for sale.If your'e inexperienced and not adding bathrooms or kitchens you will probably lose money on a loft conversion as an increase in value. 

Being an active user on the BiggerPockets platform is something any serious real estate investor should utilize in their tools.

The tools Max Maxwell provide is phenomenal.

But, it's a great tool to generate passive income in the future.
