Still I worry about what someone else is doing on internet in my name.

By law, I am restricted by the SEC and FINRA regarding what I am allowed and not allowed to say on the internet regarding DSTs and TICs. 

Maybe you provide free internet access by sharing your internet connection.  

Most home warranties are not worth the paper (or internet screen!)

Still cheaper than hiring a contractor to do the stuff I was going to do.My first day here I get internet installed (can't live without that, lol) and the Charter guy strikes up a conversation since I just have an air mattress on the living room floor.

If you make $50 in profits, and spend that money on lets say a permit, gas, insurance, credit card payment, internet/WiFi, Fees, Loan Payments, paper, WHATEVER it may be... you can write off the expense, and not have to pay taxes on the $50 profit.
