@Mame Thierno Seye,The best, easiest and cheapest way to get into the game is by buying a primary residence (ideally a multi-family!). 

With all the resources available on this website and the wealth of knowledge in books, videos, seminars and meet ups, I genuinely believe I will achieve my goals and I will be able to do what I want, when I want, where I want and with whomever I want and enjoy all the wonders life has to offer!

A simple sign stating video surveillance  is in use as well as leaving written notice about extra fees for dumping large materials should suffice on both fronts.

Ideally, it could be a long term buy and hold, where the asset is continually refinanced, cash is pulled out, but you are not creating a taxable event.Full disclosure btw.
