Whether it is really does not matter it is just a fact of life that you have to deal with.

I work in Human Resources 9-5 and spend 5-9 on BP.

Luckily, I live a frugal life and am able to save close to 60% of my income.

Additionally, it is one of few systems that run 24 hours so it is also a fantastic option for enjoying Philadelphia restaurants and night life. 

Since the days of being a paper boy, I've worked most of my life, aside from 3 unemployed months and until recently "Savings" was just another fancy word rich folks used (or so it seemed).

This allows tenants to take pride in the home and stay longer because they only need to move if something in their life circumstances change, not because they have a better option. 

I left corporate life over a year ago, and I am still alive! 

More likely you may be at end-of-life for a roof, HVAC systems are about to die, etc.

The sellers claimed it was cleaned up but upon a re-examination we found human waste STILL in the basement, not to mention the guy cleaning it up was just a maintenance man and had not come close to taking  appropriate measures to rectify (a shovel and hose doesn't clean up bio waste).

Houston is finally starting to get some respect as we get a major influx of people coming from other cities looking for lower taxes and better quality of life.
